TJ Berry is a multidisciplinary product, design, and research leader with a focus on human-centered, AI-first platforms. They serve as the Head of UX for UPS Digital, leading the company's first unified research and experience strategy. Previously, TJ was the Head of Product & Design at StoryFit, where they built AI-powered products for the entertainment industry, and they also held roles at HBO and Family Resolve, where they founded an initiative to help families manage conflict in family law. Currently, TJ is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Geography at The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Integrated Innovation for Products and Services at Carnegie Mellon University.
