Tom Heda is currently the Director of Electrical Engineering at the Network of the Future. With extensive experience at UPS from 1997 to 2016, Tom held several key positions, including Plant Engineering Manager and Project Manager in the Corporate Contract Standards & Maintenance Group, where they managed conveyor reliability and developed advanced preventive technologies. Tom also served as a Building and Systems Facility Director and later as Director of Maintenance. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Robert Morris College between 2002 and 2004.
