Troy Williams has extensive experience in various roles, primarily at UPS since February 1999, where duties have included Benefits Specialist, Retirement and Benefit Counselor, and Operations Supervisor, focusing on training teams for efficiency in production. In addition, Troy has been actively involved with Collegiate DECA since July 2010, initially as a professional member and later as the Chapter President in 2012 and currently as State Vice President, exemplifying a commitment to developing future leaders in business. Previous experience includes a position as a Guest Services Specialist at the Georgia Dome from October 2013 to January 2017. Troy holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Organizational Leadership from Mercer University and a Business Management degree from Atlanta Technical College.
