Will Hartman possesses extensive experience in aviation and military operations, currently serving as an Airline Pilot for UPS since January 2021. Prior to this role, a distinguished two-decade career in the United States Air Force included positions such as Deputy Commander, Pilot, and Commander of the 7 EACCS, as well as Director of Operations for the 330 CTS and various instructive roles. Notable accomplishments include developing defensive plans for the Pacific AOR as Chief of Command and Control Plans and leading strategic initiatives as a Strategist and Facilitator for Project Everest from October 2013 to September 2020. Will Hartman holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography from the United States Air Force Academy and a Master of Arts in National Security Policy Studies from The United States Naval Postgraduate School.
