Willie Rivero is a retired President of Fleet Maintenance & Engineering at UPS, having led one of the world's largest private fleets responsible for maintenance in international operations. Rivero graduated from Bellevue University with both a Master of Arts in Business Administration and a Master of Arts in Business Management. Currently, Rivero is focused on maximizing the performance of automotive and ground support equipment teams, while also developing maintenance programs to ensure safety standards. Passionate about community service, they actively engage in volunteer work and serve on non-profit executive boards.
