Alessio D'Ascenzo

Alessio D'Ascenzo has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Alessio is currently working as the Human Resources Director for International Business and Talent Management at UPSA since July 2022. Prior to this, Alessio served as the President of Rhinos Milano, a position they held since July 2014. From 2018 to 2022, they worked as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Galileo Global Education. Before that, Alessio had a significant stint at RB, where they held multiple HR roles including HR Director Benelux, HR Business Partner, and HR Talent & Development Specialist. Alessio also gained experience at Iveco as an HR Industrial Relations Specialist and HR Specialist in People Development. Additionally, Alessio briefly worked as a coach for Rhinos in 2008.

Alessio D'Ascenzo obtained a Master's degree in HR from the Business School de "Il sole 24 Ore" in 2007. Prior to that, they completed a degree in Contemporary Political Theories from Università Statale Di Milano from 1999 to 2005. Alessio also holds a Diploma in Scientific High School from Liceo Scientifico, which they obtained from 1993 to 1998.
