Sylvie DAQUIN has a strong background in market research and customer insights. Sylvie started their career in 1992 as a Chargée d'études de marché at Différence - Taylor Nelson, where they conducted quantitative research for FMCG companies such as L'Oréal. Sylvie then moved on to Research International as a Chef de groupe, where they managed various FMCG clients in the Marques & Communication Department. In 2000, Sylvie joined Bristol-Myers Squibb as a Chargée d'études et Analyse des ventes, responsible for sales analysis. Sylvie later became the Senior Market Research Manager for Europe and stayed with the company until 2013. Sylvie then transitioned to UPSA - Bristol Myers Squibb, taking on the role of Responsable Market Research & Stratégie from 2013 to 2016. Sylvie was then promoted to Global Market Research Manager until 2018. Currently, Sylvie holds the position of Global Customer Insights Associate Director at UPSA.
Sylvie Daquin attended the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers in 2016, where they studied "Développement de la créativité dans les entreprises." From 1986 to 1991, they pursued a degree in Marketing at E.S.I.A.E. Paris. In 1989, they also briefly studied Marketing at Holborn Business School.
