Francisco Santos is an experienced estimator with a career spanning over several years in the construction and plumbing industries. Since January 2016, Francisco has been working at Upscale Construction as an estimator, where responsibilities include the evaluation and preparation of project cost estimates. Prior to this role, Francisco served as an estimator and general manager at Reyes Plumbing from March 2014 to December 2015, demonstrating a strong combination of technical estimating skills and managerial experience.
