Sarah Holmes has over 20 years of experience in project management within the construction industry. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Upscale Construction since March 2014, Sarah previously held the position of Project Manager. Prior experience includes roles at Peninsula Custom Homes, Inc., where Sarah worked from October 2003 to March 2014, progressing from Administrative Assistant to Project Administrator and then to Project Manager. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communication from California State University, Chico, earned between 1999 and 2003.
