Rob Lang has a diverse work experience starting in 2015 as an Accounting Intern at Greenpac Mill. Rob gained extensive experience in using SAP accounts receivable, accounts payable, and purchase order systems. Their responsibilities involved ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of financial receipt and payment through invoice data entry, as well as reporting and analyzing customer sales and vendor payments.

In 2016, Rob became the Head of Operations at Class Action Recovery Service, where they provided B2B sales experience and managed client interactions for the Automotive Parts Antitrust Litigation campaign. Rob also trained and supervised a team of 5-8 sales agents in identifying leads. Additionally, they briefly worked as an Operations Management Consultant at the same company.

In 2019, Rob joined Validity Inc. as a Sales Development Representative. Rob consistently exceeded their sales quota and worked closely with Account Executives to develop targeted lists and messaging to drive new business. Later, they became a Sales Development Team Lead, supporting the Manager with a team of 15-20 reps and providing assistance with scripts, prospecting, and call coaching.

Most recently, in 2020, Rob joined Upshop as a Customer Success Manager. Rob effectively built and managed relationships with 60+ accounts, delivering business reviews semi-annually/quarterly. Rob also upsold Fresh, eCommerce, and Inventory Management SaaS modules to grocery and convenient stores globally.

Rob Lang completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance, General from the University at Buffalo School of Management, The State University of New York, from 2012 to 2016.
