Chris Polin

Chris Polin has been working as a Senior Software Engineer at KrakenFlex (formerly Upside Energy) since 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Software Engineer at Codethink from 2016 to 2021. From 2012 to 2016, they were a PhD Research (Physics) at Queen's University Belfast, where they studied the physical chemistry mechanisms driving an improved tumour response to radiotherapy when the mass has been doped with gold nanoparticles.

Chris Polin obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Health/Medical Physics, Nanoscale Physical Chemistry from Queen's University Belfast in 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's Degree in Physics with Medical Applications from Queen's University Belfast in 2012. Additionally, they are a Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect from Google.
