Bill Lippert is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in various roles within the financial and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Sales Manager and Modular Market Sales Leader at Upside Innovations, LLC since April 2014, Bill focuses on solutions related to aluminum ramps, decks, and steps. Prior experience includes project management at Magnet Digital, various leadership positions at Huntington National Bank, and an insurance role at Western & Southern Financial Group. Bill began the career as an Account Manager at Tri-State Valet. With a Bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Cincinnati, completed in 2008, Bill combines a solid educational background with a diverse work history.

It is more than just a ramp to Upside Innovations’ President, Kevin Sharp. After seeing his grandfather, disabled from polio, constantly struggle to gain access to everyday places, the product he would use to launch the Upside business became clear. The Upside Innovations design team created a safe, compliant and attractive aluminum handicap ramp that solved many of the issues that the market had not addressed. Within a few months of starting the business, a new ADA and IBC compliant ramp line was introduced that simplified the installation by improving the system flexibility and strength, and provided a more attractive, streamlined look. We’re a team of welders, designers, buyers, truck drivers, marketers, educators, salespeople, and installers. Above all, we are passionate advocates for the people that use our products. We feel privileged to design, build, and install products that our kids, parents, friends, and neighbors use every day.
