Nick Freshman is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with a robust background in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Upside on Moore since November 2023, Nick also founded and manages Mothersauce Partners, where support is provided to emerging food and drink entrepreneurs through venture capital and advisory services since August 2016. As a co-owner of Spider Kelly's since July 2008, Nick has played a significant role in its operations. Additionally, Nick founded The Freshman VA, an all-day cocktail and coffee concept in National Landing, operational from January 2019 until January 2024. Nick's previous experience includes a tenure as the National Director of Service & Experience at HUNGRY from November 2021 to December 2022. An alumnus of Emory University, Nick holds a Bachelor's degree.
