Megan Wagner

Megan Wagner has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Megan most recently worked at Upside as the Director of Enterprise Operations and Professional Services, where they provided guidance on project requirements, managed implementation operations, and improved the client partners' onboarding experience. Megan also served as a resource and subject matter expert in implementing supplemental benefits for different healthcare populations and clients. Prior to Upside, they worked at Peerfit, initially as the Director of Move Solutions, where they acquired and managed the implementation and ongoing relationship management of the Peerfit Move portfolio. Megan also served as the Director of Implementation, overseeing successful fitness/wellness benefit implementations for multiple clients. Megan briefly served as the Acting SVP of Peerfit Move. Before joining Peerfit, Megan worked at lululemon as an Assistant Manager and Operations, Culture & Community Lead, where they contributed to high-level strategy creation and the execution of day-to-day business operations. Megan also led several successful special projects for the company. Megan started their career as a Studio Manager at TeeRex Syndicate / The Cotton Factory.

Megan Wagner attended The Art Institute of Pittsburgh from 2002 to 2004, where they focused on Industrial and Product Design.
