Todd Michalik - MSIT, MBA, PMC

Todd Michalik has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Todd is currently serving as the Head of Product and Technology at Upside since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at MotionPoint, where they held various positions including Sr. Director of Product Management, Senior Director of Solution Engineering and Data Analytics, Director of Solution Engineering and Data Analytics, and Manager of Solution Engineering. At MotionPoint, Todd collaborated with the development team to gather prospect feedback and drive product development. Todd also managed vendor relationships and conducted custom product demos. Before MotionPoint, Todd worked at Office Depot as a Lead Product Manager, where they conducted market research and oversaw the development and lifecycle of offerings. Additionally, Todd served as an Information Technology Solutions Manager at DishNet TV, where they developed online appointment setting tools and analyzed company surveys for potential upsell opportunities.

Todd Michalik holds a Master of Science in Information Technology (MSIT) degree from Nova Southeastern University, with a specialization in iOS App Development. Todd also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the same university, focusing on Business Analytics/Intelligence. Currently, Todd is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Information Systems at Nova Southeastern University, with an expected completion date in the future.

In addition to their academic degrees, Todd Michalik has also earned several certifications.
