Joelle Kwok serves as the Strategic Chief at UpSkillingMinds Sdn Bhd since July 2023, overseeing the development of over 100 blended training programs focused on soft skills and digital skills. Previous experience includes an internship as a Counsellor at Humankind Community Counselling and a Corporate Account Manager role at Talent Intelligence, where Joelle specialized in competency training utilizing big data and gamification. Joelle's career also encompasses business development at Style Junction Advertising & Marketing Communications, marketing communications leadership at Scripture Union Peninsular Malaysia, and extensive experience in event management and public relations. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Counseling from HELP University, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman.
