Ben Jackson has a diverse professional background, currently serving on the founding team of Upsolve since June 2018, where impactful contributions include automating a lengthy bankruptcy review process. As a law student at Chicago-Kent College of Law from August 2017 to May 2021, Ben earned a Juris Doctor degree, a certificate in Legal Tech and Innovation, and fellowships from notable organizations, while benefiting from sufficient financial aid. Prior experience includes working as a Pro Se Bankruptcy Filer with the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts, facing personal challenges as an impoverished gig worker, and co-founding Aplo, a software company aimed at simplifying health insurance, before legal issues hindered its success. Ben's educational foundation includes a Bachelor's degree in Education, Adolescent Psychology, and Biblical Theology from Moody Bible Institute.
