Susan Johannsen is an accomplished program management professional with extensive experience across multiple industries, including telecommunications, aviation, and education. Currently serving as Director of Program Management at UPSTACK since September 2022, Susan previously held the position of Senior Manager of Program Management at Charter Communications, where oversight involved managing a team and executing the implementation of commission systems across various sales channels. Significant prior roles included managing projects at HK Express, Allegiant Travel Company, and Star Alliance, showcasing strong skills in product management, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement. A graduate of Aalen University with a master's degree in International Business, Susan also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Germanic Studies from the University of Maryland.
