Juhyun Yim

Juhyun Yim has a diverse work experience in the fields of AI product UX design, product design, industrial design, and user experience design. Most recently, they have been working as an AI Product UX Designer at Upstage since 2022. Before that, they worked as a Product Designer at mello (YC S21) from 2021 to 2022, where they managed the end-to-end design process, created MVPs, participated in user interviews, and collaborated with marketing and product teams. They also have experience as a Product Designer at Kinsdesign in 2020 and as a User Experience Designer at Myant Inc. in 2019. Additionally, they have worked as an Industrial Designer at Swave Studios Inc. and in the Production/Design team at Ultra Music Festival in 2019. They started their career as a UX/UI designer at CJ ENM E&M DIV. in 2018.

Juhyun Yim obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from OCAD University from 2013 to 2021. In 2020, they also pursued a certification in User Interface Design from BrainStation, focusing on Web Page, Digital/Multimedia, and Information Resources Design. Additionally, they obtained a User Interface Certificate from BrainStation in December 2020 and a Foundations of User Experience (UX) Design certification from Coursera in May 2021.
