Ben Lim

Ben Lim is an accomplished information security professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across several prominent organizations. As Chief Information Security Officer at Upstart, Ben has demonstrated expertise in security leadership. Prior roles include Senior Director of Security Operations & Product Security at Robinhood, and Head of Studio & Corporate Information Security at Netflix. Additionally, Ben served as Head of Security Engineering at Bridgewater Associates and held various positions at Microsoft Corporation, including Senior Engagement Manager and Premier Field Engineering Manager. Ben Lim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management Information Systems and International Business from Oregon State University, earned between 1996 and 2000.
