Danielle Ducre Rawls

Danielle Ducre Rawls is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in privacy, security, and regulatory affairs. Currently serving as the Director and Assistant General Counsel at Upstart since September 2022, Danielle leads initiatives in privacy and data technology while overseeing consumer litigation. Prior roles include Director and Senior Counsel in Legal/Regulatory Affairs at Asurion, Senior Regulatory and Privacy Counsel in Mortgage Servicing at Wells Fargo, and Senior Litigation Counsel and Corporate Privacy Officer at Green Tree Servicing. Danielle has also worked as an attorney at Stinson LLP and Reed Smith LLP, and began a legal career as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Gary L. Lancaster in the Western District of Pennsylvania. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Spelman College.
