Erik Carlsten

Erik Carlsten is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in designing and implementing software solutions across various platforms. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Upstart since May 2023, Erik previously held the position of Staff Software Engineer at States Title, where notable achievements included developing a cloud platform app deployment system for Azure Kubernetes Service and creating an automated VM system for Windows Transaction Process Service. Prior roles include Lead Platform/Software Engineer at Tendril, Software Development Engineer at Amazon, and Lead Software Developer at PreAction Technology, with significant contributions to code efficiency, team coordination, and agile practices.
