Jared Marusic

Jared Marusic has over a decade of experience in finance and operations, currently serving as the Head of Personal Loans, Onboarding at Upstart since July 2018, following progressive roles from Operations Manager to Credit Analyst. Prior to Upstart, Jared held the position of Universal Banker at U.S. Bank, where responsibilities included managing consumer and small business accounts while fostering customer relationships. Additionally, experience as a Mortgage Banker at Quicken Loans involved consulting with clients on financial situations and the home buying process. Jared's career began in the United States Marine Corps, where leadership and teamwork skills were honed as a Corporal. Jared holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from San José State University and De Anza College.
