Kristin Williams

Kristin Williams is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in marketing counsel and advisory roles. Currently serving as Senior Marketing Counsel at Upstart since March 2022, Kristin previously held positions at Primerica as Assistant General Counsel, Marketing Advisory, and Senior Marketing Attorney from August 2019 to March 2022. Kristin's earlier experience includes serving as LSAT Instructor at Kaplan Test Prep, and intern roles at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Speed, Seta, Martin, Trivett & Stubley, LLC, and the Wilbanks Child Endangerment and Sexual Exploitation Clinic. Legal internships and administrative roles at AutoZone, Cowsert & Avery, LLP, Woolf, McClane, Bright, Allen & Carpenter, PLLC, and a service as an Americorps Member at Emerald Youth Foundation further complement Kristin's background.
