Naomi Staniszewski

Naomi Staniszewski is a regulatory product counsel currently leading the product and regulatory legal team at Upstart. They previously held positions as Director of Regulatory Counsel at Oportun, Counsel at SpringboardAuto, and Paralegal II at Flagship Credit Acceptance LLC, where they managed compliance and consumer finance licensing. Naomi began their legal career as a research assistant at Marquette University Law School and has experience co-mediating in a foreclosure mediation program. They earned their Juris Doctorate from Marquette University Law School and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Law Studies from Marquette University.
