Susan Caspi

Susan Caspi is a results-oriented Strategy, Product, and Operations executive with over 20 years of experience. Currently serving as the VP of Operations and Strategy for Servicing at Upstart, they are responsible for leading strategic initiatives within the organization. Previously, they held senior leadership roles at Wells Fargo, including as SVP, Strategy Leader and Chief of Staff, where they managed operations for significant banking divisions and drove product simplification efforts. Susan began their career at JPMorganChase as an AVP, Product Manager, and has also worked as a Management Consultant at Boston Consulting Group, guiding firms in various sectors. They hold an MBA from Stanford Business School, alongside degrees in Public Policy from Duke University and Education from Stanford University Graduate School of Education.
