Dean Kelly

Dean Kelly is the 2nd Vice President at Upstate Cerebral Palsy. Dean has over 20 years of experience in the field of communications and has worked with various companies including Data Key Communications, Upstate Cerebral Palsy, and the Utica City School District. Dean is a skilled communicator and has been able to help various organizations achieve their goals.

Dean Kelly has a type School Building Leader/School District Leader Certification Program from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts in Educational Leadership and Administration, General. Dean also has a MA from Utica College in Childhood and Special Education as well as a B.A. from Hobart and William Smith Colleges in English, Media & Society, Women's Studies. Lastly, they have a Master of Science from Utica College in Childhood and Special Education.
