Chuck Wilson has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Chuck started their career at Wilson Moving & Storage in 1984, where they served as a Controller for almost two decades until 2003. Chuck then joined Niagara Milk in 2004 as a Controller until 2006. In the same year, they became the Director of Risk Management at Upstate Niagara Cooperative, Inc., a position they held until 2014. From 2014 to 2018, Chuck worked as the Controller for the Commercial Sales Division at Upstate Niagara Cooperative. Chuck then took on the role of Director of Procurement at the same company from 2018 to 2022. Currently, Chuck holds the position of Director of Risk Management at Upstate Niagara Cooperative, Inc. Chuck also has experience as a Referee at Buffalo Hockey Referees, Inc. from 2009 to 2012.

Chuck Wilson attended St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute from 1973 to 1977. During this time, they did not obtain a specific degree or field of study.

Following their time at St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute, Chuck Wilson pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting at Niagara University from 1977 to 1981.

Additionally, in 1993, Chuck Wilson obtained a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification from the Institute of Management Accountants. Chuck also obtained a Certified in Strategy and Competitive Analysis (CSCA) certification from CSCA® in May 2018.
