Jigna Shah

Jigna Shah currently serves as the Head of AML Surveillance and Investor Grievance Department at Upstox since November 2022. Prior to this role, Jigna Shah held the position of Vice President - Compliance at Kotak Securities, where responsibilities included overseeing Investor Grievance and AML efforts, alongside a prior role as Associate Vice President of Customer Service, which involved establishing and managing a customer service division in Ahmedabad. Jigna Shah's educational background includes a BA with Honors in Economics and a PGDBM from K C College, as well as Six Sigma Green Belt and Lean certifications.
