Kathy Drozd

Kathy Drozd has extensive work experience in the clinical research field. Kathy most recently worked as an Associate Director of Clinical Operations at Upstream Bio starting in 2022. Prior to that, they served as an Associate Director of Clinical Study Lead at Dyne Therapeutics from 2021 to 2022. Kathy also held positions such as Senior Project Manager at Worldwide Clinical Trials in 2021, Senior Project Manager at Syneos Health from 2018 to 2021, and Project Manager 2 at Syneos Health from 2015 to 2018. Additionally, they worked at Quintiles as an Associate Clinical Project Manager from 2014 to 2015, a Clinical Project Manager in Investigator Initiated Studies from 2012 to 2014, and a Senior Clinical Research Associate from 2009 to 2012. Prior to Quintiles, Kathy worked as a Regional Clinical Research Associate at sanofi-aventis from 2006 to 2009 and as a Site Manager and Clinical Research Coordinator at Summit Research Network, Inc from 2001 to 2006.

Kathy Drozd completed their education from Albion College, where they received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and German. Kathy attended this institution from 1994 to 1998. Following this, they pursued further education at Bowling Green State University, where they earned a Master of Arts degree in German and Gerontology. Kathy was enrolled in this program from 1999 to 2001.
