Parika Petaipimol

Parika Petaipimol has extensive work experience in the bioengineering and biotechnology industries. They currently serve as an Advisory Board Member for the College of Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology. In this role, they provide external advice to the dean regarding engineering education and research priorities.

Prior to this, Parika was the Head of Technical Operations at Upstream Bio, where they were responsible for overseeing technical operations within the company.

Parika also worked at Pandion Therapeutics, where they held the positions of Director of CMC/Program Management and Associate Director of Program Management. In these roles, they were involved in managing programs related to chemical manufacturing and development.

Before joining Pandion Therapeutics, Parika gained significant experience at Biogen. They held the positions of Development Engineer and Process Engineer, where they contributed to the development and improvement of processes in the biotechnology field.

Throughout their career, Parika has maintained a strong connection with the Georgia Institute of Technology. They served as a member of the Biomedical Engineering Advisory Board from 2007 to 2014.

Parika Petaipimol completed their high school education at the International School Bangkok, earning a High School Diploma from 1991 to 1999. They then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biomedical Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology from 1999 to 2004. Parika furthered their studies and completed a Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering at Boston University from 2005 to 2008. Additionally, they attended Questrom School of Business at Boston University to obtain an MBA degree from 2008 to 2010. Parika also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, which they obtained from the Project Management Institute (PMI) in January 2014.
