Bret Howell

Bret Howell is currently the Director of Admin and Accounting at Upstream International LLC since February 2021. Previously, Bret worked as the Sr. Manager Financial Reporting Systems at Halliburton until May 2020, where Bret managed financial reporting structures. Prior to that role, Bret held the position of Senior Manager Operations Finance at Halliburton from 2011 to 2018, acting as a trusted business advisor and subject matter expert in various areas. Bret holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting and Finance from Cameron University.
