Joshua Chaney

Joshua Chaney's work experience begins in 2001 as a Laborer at Nationwide Moving and Storage, where they worked until 2005. In 2006, they became a Sales Agent at United American Insurance Company. From 2007 to 2019, they held various roles at InfoCision Management Corporation, including Program Supervisor, Call Center Supervisor, and eventually Sr. Call Center Manager. In 2019, they joined Lendly, LLC as the Manager of Customer Success and later became the Director of Learning Development and Performance Analytics in 2023. Currently, they are working at Upstream Rehabilitation as the Patient Liaison Director, where they are responsible for implementing and managing a centralized scheduling team for a network of 1200 physical rehabilitation clinics nationwide.

Joshua Chaney has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management Information Systems from Marshall University. Prior to that, they obtained their high school diploma from Cabell Midland High School in 2001.
