Karl Hagedorn

Karl Hagedorn has a solid background in finance and has held various leadership positions throughout their career. Karl currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis at Upstream Rehabilitation since April 2022. Before joining Upstream Rehabilitation, Karl had an extensive tenure at Hillrom, where they held multiple roles. Karl started as the Finance Director for U.S. Acute / Corporate Solutions in July 2015, providing finance expertise for patient support systems. Karl then served as the Executive Director of Finance for Global Patient Support Systems / Global Solutions from February 2018 to August 2018. Later, they became the Vice President of Finance for Global Patient Support Systems in August 2018, a role they held until April 2022. Prior to their time at Hillrom, Karl worked as a Senior Finance Manager for North America Hematology at Baxalta from July 2014 to July 2015. Karl began their career at Baxter International Inc. in June 2006 as a Senior Finance Analyst as part of their Financial Development Program. Karl then transitioned to the role of Finance Manager for Business Intelligence from May 2012 to June 2014. Karl Hagedorn holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Operations Management from Indiana University Bloomington, which they obtained from 2002 to 2006. Karl later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management from 2012 to 2014.
