Kristin Carpenter

Kristin Carpenter has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Kristin began their career at Drayer Physical Therapy Institute in 2008, where they worked as a Compliance & Quality Assurance Specialist. Kristin later advanced to the position of Clinical Services Manager before joining Upstream Rehabilitation in 2019 as the Director Of Clinical Services. In 2017, Carpenter briefly worked at Drayer Physical Therapy Institute as the Compliance and Regulatory Affairs Manager before being promoted to the role of Director of Clinical Compliance in 2018.

Kristin Carpenter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science with a focus on Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. Kristin has obtained certifications in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) and Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC) from the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA) in 2017.
