Lauren Hill

Lauren Hill serves as the Director of Provider Credentialing & Enrollment at Upstream Rehabilitation since January 2024. Previously, Lauren held various positions at DentalOne Partners from May 2017 to January 2024, including Director of Revenue Cycle Management, Manager of Revenue Cycle Operations, and Credentialing Specialist. At Concentra Urgent Care, Lauren worked as a Credentialing Specialist, specializing in submitting payer credentialing applications and managing the CAQH credentialing database. Lauren's career began at Rasa Floors as a Customer Care Team Lead. Lauren holds a Business degree from Collin College and attended Hebron High School.
