Misty Seidenburg PT, DPT has extensive work experience in the field of physical therapy. In their current role as the Vice President of Clinical Programs at Upstream Rehabilitation, they oversee clinical residency and fellowship programs, focusing on integrating clinical and operational excellence for optimal outcomes. Misty also develops evidence-based and quality clinical programs while integrating with strategy, operations, and data analytics.

Prior to their current position, Misty has held various roles at different organizations. Misty served as a Faculty member at the Institute of Advanced Musculoskeletal Treatments and worked as the Director of Sports Physical Therapy Residency, Director of Orthopedic Residency, Director of Clinical Education, and Course Instructor at Upstream Rehab Institute.

Misty also has experience as an Adjunct Professor at Messiah University and has worked at Drayer Physical Therapy Institute, where they held positions such as Orthopedic Residency Manager, Center Manager, and Physical Therapist. Misty also completed a Spine Fellowship and an Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency program during their time at Drayer Physical Therapy Institute.

Early in their career, Misty served as a Staff Therapist at PENN STATE ORTHOPAEDICS AND SPORTS MEDICINE CTR.

Misty Seidenburg PT, DPT obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in sports medicine from Mercyhurst University in 2003. Misty then pursued their doctorate degree in physical therapy at Gannon University from 2003 to 2006. In 2009, Misty completed an APTA credentialed Orthopedic Residency at the Drayer Physical Therapy Institute. Misty further enhanced their expertise by completing a Spine Fellowship program at the same institute in 2010.
