Elad Tsur

Elad Tsur is a seasoned data science and engineering professional currently serving as the Data Science & Engineering Group Lead at Upstream Security since October 2018. In this role, Elad has scaled a full data science and engineering group, developed machine learning models for vehicle and API anomaly detection, and made key architectural decisions while maintaining alignment with product and backend teams. Elad's previous roles at Upstream included Data Science Team Lead and Data Scientist, where foundational data science features were created for vehicle cybersecurity and API security. Prior experience includes research at Ben-Gurion University focusing on time-series event prediction, and algorithm engineering at Samsung Semiconductor. Elad holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, and Semiconductor Manufacturing Technology from Tel Aviv University, and a Master's degree in Data Science from Ben-Gurion University.
