Paul Fleming

Paul Fleming serves as the President of WaterValue since October 2021, guiding advisory services for startups, scaleups, and investors in water and climate tech, as well as consulting on corporate water strategy and climate resiliency. In addition to this role, Paul is a Venture Partner at Social Impact Capital and an Advisor at Trident Desalination, specializing in innovative desalination processes. Paul also provides advisory support to Qatium and serves as a Fellow at the Alliance for Global Water Adaptation (AGWA). Other advisory roles include positions at Upstream Tech, Vector Center, and Waterplan, with previous committee membership at the National Academy of Sciences from 2017 to 2023. Previously, Paul was the Global Water Program Manager at Microsoft from 2018 to 2021. Educational credentials include a BA in Economics from Duke University and an MBA from the University of Washington.
