Ariel Remenicky

riel Remenicky is the Northeast Practice Transformation Director for Upstream USA. She has a passion for building strong systems that drive good outcomes and support the well-being of those doing the work. She has spent 20 years in healthcare operations for women’s health, mental health and primary care practices. Most recently, helping a Lifestyle Medicine practice grow and open new offices, as their Director of Transformation, and prior to that, leading 20+ Primary Care sites for a hospital system in Delaware. She has her Masters in Human Services and is pursuing fellowship in the American College of Healthcare Executives. She loves hot yoga, gardening and spending time with her husband and 4 mischievous cats. She is a founding member of Wilmington Women for Good, a giving circle focused on empowering and funding local community based non-profits.
