Kay Hughston

Kay Hughston serves as the VP of People & Culture at Upstream USA since July 2023, bringing extensive experience in human resources leadership across various industries. Previous roles include Senior Human Resources Consultant at The People Partners Company and HRVP at Goddard Systems, Inc., where Kay contributed to the success of a renowned educational franchise. Additional experience encompasses positions as Vice President of Human Resources for G4S in the North East Region, Aerotek, and Guest Supply, as well as Director of HR at Crayola and Regional Director of Human Resources at Aramark Uniform Services. Kay began the HR career with managerial roles at Target and The Home Depot. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Business from Eastern University and a BA in English Literature and Writing from Penn State University.
