Michelle Johnson has extensive experience in operations, development, and strategy within nonprofit and educational sectors. Currently serving as Growth Operations Manager at Upstream USA since March 2022, Michelle previously held the position of Development and Strategy Associate at Alexander Twilight Academy and worked as Executive Assistant to the Co-founder and CEO at Upstream USA from May 2017 to November 2020. Earlier roles include contributions to the Lexington Refugee Assistance Program, Bowdoin College Admissions, and Save the Children US as a Policy, Advocacy, and Development Intern. Michelle earned a degree from Bowdoin College and participated in a study abroad program at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
