Shruti Mehta

Shruti Mehta is the VP of Practice Transformation, providing operational oversight and strategic leadership to support the development and execution of Upstream’s program implementation across the states of North Carolina and Washington.

Prior to joining Upstream, Shruti worked with Alliance Health, a public-sector managed care organization administering behavioral health services for North Carolina. Her work involved expert management of various quality functions to enhance health outcomes, efficiency, and impact while optimizing internal systems and procedures to ensure the quality of care. Shruti has also led work under a federal grant with the NC Division of Public Health helping to operationalize a quality management framework within the Maternal and Child Health Section, playing a key role in fostering partnerships with maternal and early childhood home visiting programs across the state to develop a culture for quality.
