Siobhan Shand

Siobhan Shand is a nonprofit executive with nearly two decades of experience in public health and reproductive care. Siobhan is an expert in organizational management, strategic planning, and capacity building with a record in crafting world-class, evidence-based programs that lead to measurable impact. Siobhan is the Chief Program Officer at Upstream USA, where she leads Upstream’s training and quality improvement initiatives around the country to ensure access to high-quality, patient-centered healthcare for all by removing barriers to contraception. Siobhan oversees all of Upstream’s national and state-based operations.
