Gabriel De Almeida is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in designing and implementing robust software solutions. Currently serving as Lead Software Engineer at Occuspace since September 2023, Gabriel has previously held senior roles at Upstream, where the highly available Fortuna service was architected, and Storj Labs, contributing to the development of a file browser that significantly boosted user engagement. As a co-founder of PageHabit and founder of BooklyBox, Gabriel demonstrated entrepreneurial skills by growing online book communities and enhancing reading experiences.
