Malcolm Robert

Malcolm Robert has an extensive work experience in various domains and roles. Malcolm started their career at Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Ltd as a Trainee, where they developed migration tools using Java and Eclipse. Malcolm then joined Schneider Electric as a Trainee, where they developed MS Access-based applications and GUI for different departments.

Malcolm then worked as a Software Engineer at Talisma, specializing in customer relationship management. Malcolm performed manual testing, executed test cases, and provided deployment and UAT support. Malcolm also trained customers on using web services.

After Talisma, Malcolm joined Fiserv as a Test Engineer, focusing on mobile banking solutions. Malcolm developed and tested mobile applications and browser-based web applications for Fiserv customers.

Next, they worked at Tangoe as a Senior Product Engineer, testing mobile device management applications on various platforms such as iOS, Android, Blackberry, and Windows.

Malcolm then joined Syncron, where they held two roles. First, as a Senior Software Tester, they tested a price management tool that allowed users to create optimal pricing strategies. Second, as a Product Owner, they worked with the integration services team, building custom connectors for ERP and DB systems.

Their most recent role was as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Upstream Works Software, where they drafted test plans, created and ran automation scripts, and performed RESTful API testing.

Malcolm Robert pursued their education in the field of Computer Applications. From 2003 to 2006, they attended St Josephs College Arts Science where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications. Following this, they attended Christ University in Bangalore from 2006 to 2009, acquiring a Master's degree in Computer Applications (MCA).
