Ronald Khoo

Ronald Khoo has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Ronald began their career at Tele-Spot Communications as a Jr. Hardware and Software Engineer, where they were involved in wide-field engineering and embedded controller development for Highway Traffic Message Display Systems. From there, they joined TSB International Inc as a Software Engineer, specializing in the design and development of Enterprise CTI, IVR, and Dialer applications for the call center software development team. Ronald then joined Upstream Works Software, initially working as a Professional Services Analyst, where they crafted custom solutions for enterprise telephony projects, including CTI, CRM, IVR, and integrations. Ronald later transitioned into a role as a Sales Engineer, where they contributed to the Solution Engineering team for Enterprise Computer Telephony Solutions, engaging in pre-sale solutions. Ronald eventually became a Senior Professional Services Consultant at Upstream Works, serving as a Solution Architect for enterprise computer telephony integration, IVR, dialer, business intelligence, and CRM projects. Currently, Ronald works as a Product Owner at Upstream Works, part of the Product Management team responsible for the product strategy and roadmap, as well as being an agile Product Owner for the Developers and Engineering teams.

Ronald Khoo has a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree with a specialization in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ryerson University. It is not known when they obtained this degree. Additionally, they have a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance, but the month and year of obtaining this certification are unknown.
