Vincent Zhang

Vincent Zhang began their work experience as an IT Consultant at the UWindsor Leddy Library in January 2017 and continued until October 2019. Vincent then transitioned to a role as a Grocery Clerk at T & T Supermarket from October 2020 to April 2021. Currently, Vincent holds a position as a Customer Support Analyst at Upstream Works Software starting from November 2021.

Vincent Zhang obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Windsor, where they studied from 2015 to 2019. In 2021, they attended Npower Canada and pursued a junior Data Analyst program. Additionally, they have completed certifications such as the IBM Data Analyst Specialization from Coursera in May 2021 and the Incident Management: Resolution and Closure (New York) certification from ServiceNow, also obtained in May 2021.
