Julian Craemer has a diverse work experience spanning several industries.

In 2006, they worked as a Trainee at Autoflug GmbH for a short period.

Julian then joined Klippan as a Trainee in 2009, where they stayed until 2010.

In 2012, Julian co-founded Delinary and served as the CEO until 2013.

Julian also worked at Autoliv, where they held various positions, starting as a Trainee in 2007. Julian later became a Team Leader from 2011 to 2012 and then a Project Leader in SAP/SRM from 2012 to 2013.

From 2014 to 2015, Julian was the CEO and Co-Founder of Geniuz.

Julian then worked at Hanse Ventures as an Entrepreneur in Residence from 2015 to 2016.

In 2016, Julian founded Vinary and became the CEO. Julian also co-founded uptain in the same year and served as the CEO there as well.

Julian Craemer started their education in 2007 at Fachhochschule Nordakademie Elmshorn, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Business Administration and Management. Julian completed their bachelor's degree in 2011. In 2009, Julian had the opportunity to study abroad at UNSW, where they focused on subjects like The Ways of Reasoning, E-Marketing, Negotiation Skills, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation.

Following their undergraduate studies, Julian Craemer joined Leuphana Universität Lüneburg in 2013 to pursue a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Management & Entrepreneurship - Business Development. Julian successfully completed this program in 2015.

Additionally, in 2015, Julian had a Masterthesis Research Stay in Uganda at Makerere University, specifically at the Business School. This research stay was a part of their academic journey.
