Javier Urricelqui Polvorinos

Javier Urricelqui Polvorinos has been working in the field since 2016. Javier is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of UPTECH SENSING S. L., a company that secures asset integrity with monitoring solutions based on fiber optic sensors. Javier has also been a Postdoctoral Research Scientist at the Universidad Pública de Navarra since 2016.

Javier Urricelqui Polvorinos obtained their Telecommunications Engineering degree from Universidad Pública de Navarra between 2005 and 2011. Following this, they earned a Master's degree in Communications (specialty area: Radiocommunications) from the same university between 2011 and 2012. Javier then went on to complete their Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Communication Technologies from Universidad Pública de Navarra between 2012 and 2016.
